Yep: And some 60% of all women doctors drop out completely from the profession within about 10 years.

So short are we of domestic dentists that last year the Government was forced to import about 1,000 practitioners from wherever it could find them.

Is it my imagination, or is it the case that where women dominate a profession, it tends to flail about miserably.

Here in the UK, for example, women dominate in the teaching and the nursing professions, and what we have seen is educational standards declining, year in, year out, while in hospitals we have discovered that old people are not being fed enough - with many of them actually starving to death, or dying from dehydration - and that nurses are also failing to wash their hands properly, hence encouraging the spread of Superbugs.

Of course, one of the main problems when it comes to 'managing' women in the workplace is the fear of their huge scope for retaliation - usually in the form of wild exggerations of 'abuse' of some form or another - and so they tend to get away with a poor performance.

The feminist-inspired myth that women involved in custody battles and divorces do not engage in attempts to alienate the children from their fathers strikes me as ridiculous and completely unbelievable.

People will engage in all sorts of malefactions in order to advantage themselves. They will cheat on their taxes, overclaim on their insurance policies, lie in job interviews - and they will even kill or behave violently if they discover that their partners have been unfaithful. And yet we are supposed to believe that when women are involved in the most acrimonious of divorce situations - situations wherein access to their very own children are at stake - and in situations wherein they are engaging in raging hostilities with the men whom they now hate - they do not lie, or exaggerate, and they make no attempts whatsoever to poison the minds of the children against those men.
